Jurijs Tatarkins (1989) is a Latvian graphic artist and illustrator, known for his innovative approach to visual thinking, which he emphasizes should be done with a pencil on paper. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the Latvian Academy of Arts and is the organizer of the Zīnu and small publishers festival Sābrs. Tatarkins has created several solo exhibitions and participated in group exhibitions, and he also works as an art educator.
