Juris Poškus

Juris Poškus is a director, screenwriter, and editing director with international experience in both documentary and feature films. He studied at the University of Latvia and the California Institute of the Arts in Los Angeles, where he earned a master's degree. His films have received recognition at international festivals, including jury awards and national honors. Poškus has directed notable films such as Kolka Cool, Monotonija, and Bet stunda nāk, with the latter winning the Best Feature Documentary award at the Great Kristaps National Film Festival in 2003.
