Justin Langan

Justin Langan, a 26-year-old Métis advocate from Swan River, Manitoba, has dedicated his life to uplifting his community and amplifying Indigenous voices. Growing up in a rural town, Langan faced challenges related to his identity as both a Métis person and a member of the LGBTQ+ community. He emerged as a leader at a young age, founding youth committees and actively engaging with the Manitoba Métis Federation. His international advocacy work has taken him to significant platforms like the World Economic Forum in Davos, where he addresses pressing Indigenous issues. Currently serving as a parliamentary intern, Langan continues to inspire others by challenging societal norms and pushing for inclusivity in political spaces.
