
Justin Nsengiyumva
Justin Nsengiyumva is a Rwandan economist and politician who recently became the Prime Minister of Rwanda, appointed by President Paul Kagame. He holds a PhD in economics from the University of Leicester and has previously served as the deputy governor of the National Bank of Rwanda. Nsengiyumva has a background in the education sector, having worked as the permanent secretary at Rwanda's education ministry.
