Justin Omer Balima

Justin Omer Balima is the Director General responsible for the national civil status strategy (SNEC) in Burkina Faso. He oversees the execution of the SNEC's action plan and coordinates efforts between the government and technical partners involved in enhancing civil registration systems in the country.
