Justina Bružaitė-Liseckienė is a Lithuanian scholar and advocate for accessible language, recognized for her significant contributions to promoting the use of plain language in Lithuania. She has been actively involved in various international projects aimed at developing and disseminating guidelines for writing in an easily understandable manner. Notably, she prepared the first Lithuanian literary work in plain language, a novel by Alvydas Šlepikas titled 'Mano vardas yra Marytė'. Her efforts focus on making information more accessible for individuals with cognitive disabilities and others who may struggle with complex language.
