Justine Flowers

Justine Flowers is a restaurant worker who found herself wading through knee-deep floodwaters caused by Tropical Storm Imelda to reach her job. Despite the hazardous conditions, she faced a lack of concern from her employer regarding her safety. Living in a home with family members, including her immobile father and aunt with diabetes, she has been struggling with limited supplies and issues related to the water system and electricity in her community.
