Mr. Justus Elue is a former treasurer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Aniocha North Local Government Area, Delta State, who recently joined Dr. Chris Okobah in defecting to the All Progressives Congress (APC) as part of a larger movement aimed at enhancing local governance and economic opportunities.
