K J Alphons

K J Alphons is a former Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer and a politician, known for his tenure as the Administrator of the Union Territory of Chandigarh and for his role as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He has served in various capacities within the government, including as a Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology. Recently, he was mentioned in relation to discussions about the Constitution (131st Amendment) Bill, which aims to change the administrative structure of Chandigarh.
