Kahramonjon Olimov

Kahramonjon Olimov is a 48-year-old Uzbek banker and a member of the supervisory board and shareholder of Anorbank. He was recently in the news after being kidnapped in Paris in June, where he faced severe threats and violence, ultimately leading to a ransom payment of $200,000 and a signed acknowledgment of a $5 million debt to his captors. Following his release, he returned to Tashkent and sought protection due to ongoing threats from his abductors.
