Kai Skvarla is the chief executive officer of Davie Defence Inc., a new U.S. entity established by Inocea Group to operate shipyards in Texas and bid for U.S. government contracts related to icebreaker construction. With a background in naval shipbuilding for the United States Coast Guard and experience at British multinational Serco in maritime and defense, Skvarla is well-positioned to lead the efforts to enhance the U.S. icebreaker fleet amidst increasing demand for polar capabilities.
