Kairat Shaimin

Kairat Shaimin is a Kazakhstani civil servant who has been serving as the director of 'Elorда құрылыс компаниясы' since November 2024. He leads this state-owned company responsible for finishing long-delayed construction projects in Astana, which have left thousands of homebuyers stranded without their purchased apartments. Under his leadership, the company has completed numerous housing units, aiming to resolve the issue faced by thousands of 'dолщики' (homebuyers who invest in property before it is built).
