Kaiyrkhan Tutkyshbaev

Kaiyrkhan Tutkyshbaev has recently been appointed as the Vice Minister of Energy in Kazakhstan, following a government decree. Born in 1991 in Almaty, he graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev. His career began in 2009 at the Central Asian Mining Industry Union, and he has held various engineering and managerial roles in the Ministry of Energy and other government bodies. Before his recent appointment, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Geological Committee and has been involved in the development of geological exploration and rare metal resources.
