Kakha Gulebani

Kakha Gulebani is a Georgian politician with extensive experience in management and regional issues. He has held various governmental positions, including Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure and Head of the Samgori District Administration. Recently appointed as the Minister of Regional Development, he replaces Grigol Liluashvili following a surprising decision by Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, who cited differing views on ministry operations as the reason for the change.
