Kalifa Baginka

Kalifa Baginka was a State Guard Commander during Yahya Jammeh's presidency in The Gambia and was associated with the paramilitary group known as the 'Junglers.' He reportedly attempted to recruit individuals into this group, which was responsible for various human rights violations, including extrajudicial killings and torture, as part of Jammeh's oppressive regime.
