Kalusha Bwalya

Kalusha Bwalya is a celebrated Zambian former soccer player and coach, known for his pivotal role in the national team's history, particularly as a standout player during the 1990s. Following the tragic plane crash in 1993 that claimed the lives of many of his teammates, Bwalya was called upon to lead the rebuilding of the national team and played a crucial role in their journey to the Africa Cup of Nations final in 1994 and their historic victory in 2012.
