Kamanḍō Salintha

Kamanḍō Salintha is reported to be a prominent organized crime figure who has recently been taken into custody by the Criminal Investigation Department. He has been placed under remand until the 12th of this month following a directive from Colombo's Chief Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama.
