Kan Ibrahim

Kan Ibrahim is the Permanent Representative of Mauritania to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). He recently represented Mauritania in the official delivery of documents ratifying amendments to the Chicago Convention, which aims to enhance international aviation governance.
