Kane Cochran

Kane Cochran is the uncle of a young girl who suffered severe facial injuries from a dog bite inflicted by his pet, Tank, an American bulldog cross. The incident occurred on Christmas Eve and led to a controversial appeal regarding the dog's classification as dangerous, which was ultimately rejected by the Rotorua Lakes Council.
