Kao Hsi-chih

Kao Hsi-chih is a businessman and the father-in-law of Huang Kuo-chang, chairman of the Taiwan People’s Party. He is associated with Heng Ho Construction Co, a firm recently involved in legal disputes over construction quality and alleged building code violations.
