Karanja Kibicho

Karanja Kibicho is a former Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government in Kenya. He was influential in police operations and reforms during his tenure, particularly regarding the introduction of the persian blue uniform, which has since faced criticism and calls for reversion to the previous sky blue design.
