Karen Irwin

Karen Irwin is the president and chief operating officer of Universal Orlando Resort, where she oversees operations and strategic initiatives. She was recently in the news for her role in the decision to reopen the Stardust Racers ride at Universal's Epic Universe, following the tragic death of Kevin Rodriguez Zavala, who died due to blunt force injuries after riding the coaster.
