Kargbo Mohamed Foday
Kargbo Mohamed Foday, also known as Onyekwonike Elochuckwu Sylvanus, is a 30-year-old drug kingpin who was arrested at Port Harcourt International Airport for trafficking heroin. He was found with 62 wraps of the drug after being intercepted by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) during his return from Doha. Foday reportedly uses dual identities to facilitate his drug trafficking activities across various countries and has been involved in the illicit drug trade since 2017.
