Karishma Pelham-Raad is the Assistant Minister for International Organizations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Liberia. She has recently completed a five-day course on Nuclear Non-Proliferation and Disarmament at the Vienna Center for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation (VCDNP), where she gained vital insights into global security issues and international arms control mechanisms. Pelham-Raad is committed to applying her newfound knowledge to strengthen Liberia's engagement in international disarmament discussions and inspire young women to pursue their ambitions.
