Karla Bolaños

Karla Bolaños is the director of the Directorate of Support for Productive Investment and Competitiveness of the Municipality of Guatemala. She is actively involved in facilitating investments in the municipality, focusing on the burgeoning contact center and BPO sectors, and implementing strategies to enhance the city's competitiveness as a regional hub for these services.
