Karla Chaves

Karla Chaves is a prosecutor in the Second Judicial Circuit of San José, Costa Rica, who was involved in the investigation of a phishing scam that targeted Banco de Costa Rica customers. She argued for the dismissal of charges against two individuals who received stolen funds, stating there was insufficient evidence to establish their knowledge of the criminal scheme.
