Karla Marcelly

Karla Marcelly is one of the daughters of the late Bira Presidente, a significant figure in the samba community. Following her father's passing, she is currently involved in the leadership of the Cacique de Ramos, an influential samba group founded by Bira, helping to carry on his legacy within the cultural fabric of Rio de Janeiro.
