Katherine Bucktron

Katherine Bucktron is the National Director of Cultural Rights and Citizenship in Panama, known for her leadership in initiatives aimed at enhancing public libraries as vibrant community learning spaces. Under her direction, a recent training program was launched to equip librarians across the country with pedagogical tools to promote literacy and community engagement.
