Kathleen Bock

Kathleen Bock is the managing director and head of Vanguard Canada, having joined Vanguard Group Inc. in 1997. Since taking charge of Vanguard Canada in 2018, she has played a pivotal role in solidifying the firm’s position as the third-largest provider of exchange-traded funds in the country, overseeing more than $160 billion in assets. Bock has announced her intention to retire within the next year, ensuring a smooth transition while continuing to lead daily operations until her successor is appointed.
