Kay Melhuish

Kay Melhuish was a 36-year-old woman who died by suicide while being held on remand at Eastwood Park prison in Gloucestershire. Despite her severe mental health issues, including autism and PTSD, she was subjected to neglect and inadequate care during her time in prison, which was known to exacerbate her condition, ultimately contributing to her tragic death.
