Kayrat Djumagulov

Kayrat Djumagulov is the Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of Kazakhstan's Ministry of Finance. He was involved in discussions with Uzbek customs officials to coordinate efforts in alleviating vehicle queues at the border, improving the flow of travelers between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
