Kazys Daugela

Kazys Daugela is a distinguished professor at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and an accomplished composer and arranger. He was recently involved as a jury member in a competition evaluating school youth wind orchestras in Latvia, where he contributed his expertise in music performance standards.
