Kedesha Campbell Rochester

Kedesha Campbell Rochester has been appointed as the permanent secretary in the Ministry of Energy, Telecommunications and Transport, bringing over 15 years of experience in governance and policy execution. Previously the head of the Constituency Development Fund Management Unit, she has a strong background in programme oversight and fiscal management. Campbell Rochester holds a Master of Science in Project Management and has served in various capacities, including as a technical assistant to Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness. In 2024, she was honored with the Order of Distinction (Commander) for her contributions to Jamaica's development.
