Kelvin Asavi

Kelvin Asavi is a matatu driver who recently fell victim to a gang masquerading as police officers in Bumala, Busia County. He was stopped by the gang, who set up a fake roadblock, and was forced to comply with their demands for inspection, ultimately losing valuables from himself and his passengers during the robbery.
