Kengu Black is a university student and the daughter of Kenneth Black, a well-known businessman and political activist in Manchester, Jamaica. She recently made headlines after being charged with four counts of causing death by dangerous driving in a tragic highway collision that resulted in the deaths of four individuals, including an eight-year-old boy. The incident occurred on March 30, 2025, along the PJ Patterson Highway, where her vehicle collided with another car that had overturned. Following the charges, Black was granted bail in the amount of $800,000 and is due back in court on February 6, 2026.
