Kennesia Cabral serves as the Second Vice President of the Antigua and Barbuda Netball Association (ABNA) and is a former national netball player. She is actively involved in revitalizing community interest in netball through the Village Netball League, which aims to engage local players of all ages and encourage participation from various villages in Antigua.
