Kenneth Kennedy

Garda Kenneth Kennedy, now retired, was responsible for coordinating the armed units during the encounter with George Nkencho. He testified during the inquest that there was a lack of sufficient information about Mr. Nkencho's mental health status at the time of the incident, which contributed to the rapid escalation of the situation.
