Kepha Seda
Kepha Seda has been appointed as the new director general of the Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Directorate under the National Treasury of Kenya, effective April 1, 2025. With over 22 years of experience in the field, including 14 years at the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA), Seda has been instrumental in developing Kenya's PPP strategy and leading significant infrastructure projects such as the Nairobi Expressway. He is a registered professional engineer and holds an MBA from Strathmore Business School.
