Keron Miguel

Keron Miguel, a 28-year-old construction worker from Belize City, was in the news after being charged with theft for allegedly not returning a woman's bicycle and money she entrusted to him for food. During his court appearance, he claimed that inclement weather prevented him from returning, and he later returned the bicycle and some of the cash before being detained.
