Keshelski Bates

Keshelski Bates, 30, is a Georgia resident who recently pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud in connection with an alleged multistate sweepstakes scam that targeted elderly women across several states. Bates was involved in a scheme that falsely promised victims multimillion-dollar prizes from Publishers Clearing House, leading them to pay substantial fees to claim their nonexistent winnings. He has been released on bail pending sentencing.
