Kevin Alex T. Q. is a member of the Bolivian Navy who is currently under investigation for his alleged involvement in criminal activities linked to a group of hitmen and a Brazilian arms trafficker. His connections have come to light in relation to the assassination of Edgar Dorado Menacho, also known as 'El Jefe', a fugitive criminal involved in narcotrafficking.
