Kevin David Castillo Miranda, born on November 15, 2001, in Marsella, Risaralda, Colombia, is a promising young cyclist who has garnered attention for his impressive performances in national competitions. He won the gold medal in the 2023 Sub-23 National Road Race and claimed victory in the general classification of the Clásico RCN and the Tour de Guadalupe the previous year.
