Kevin Guamán Inga is a member of the Policía Nacional in Ecuador, recently implicated in a case involving the surveillance of indigenous leader Leonidas Iza, where he was judged by an Indigenous Justice Tribunal for invading indigenous lands and subsequently issued a public apology.
