Khadkaraj Joshi

Khadkaraj Joshi is the Sudurpashchim province chief of the informal sector service center, INSEC, who has been vocal about the lack of accountability for the victims of the armed conflict in Nepal. He asserts that the commissions established to address the grievances of conflict victims have failed to fulfill their mandate, leaving many families without justice and support.
