Khải Hoàn is a compassionate bus driver and owner from Vietnam, known for his selfless act of kindness when he stopped his bus to help a distressed passenger who lost his wallet containing 15 million VND, equivalent to an entire year's savings. On February 11, 2023, he not only returned the passenger's ticket fare but also rallied other passengers to contribute, showcasing the spirit of community and support during the Tet holiday season.
