Khaing Thukha

Khaing Thukha is a spokesperson for the Arakan Army, an ethnic armed group in Myanmar. He recently gained attention for condemning the military air strikes that hit a hospital in Mrauk-U town, resulting in numerous civilian casualties, and he described the attack as a 'vicious' act by the military targeting civilians.
