Khalef Khalef

Khalef Khalef is a human rights activist who has recently been involved in legal actions against Deputy Inspector General Eliud Lagat concerning the death of blogger Albert Ojwang while in police custody. Along with other activists, he has filed a petition seeking to initiate private prosecution proceedings against Lagat, citing failures of investigative agencies to act on serious allegations of torture and misconduct surrounding Ojwang's death.
