Khalifa Hiftar

Khalifa Hiftar is a Libyan military officer and political figure who has been a central player in Libya's ongoing conflict since the fall of Muammar Gadhafi in 2011. He commands the Libyan National Army (LNA) and has sought to unify the country under his leadership, often clashing with rival factions and governments, particularly in the west.
