Khalil Rahman

Khalil Rahman was recently in the news for being arrested by the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) in Karachi. He is identified as a key member of the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) faction, known as Khawarij, and has been linked to the Noor Wali Mehsud group. Rahman was captured during an operation where he was found with weapons, and he is accused of filming videos related to threats against prominent locations in Karachi, which he allegedly sent to Afghanistan.
