Khatari Ould El Kharshi

Khatari Ould El Kharshi is the governor of the Moughataa of Mkam, involved in local governance and administrative efforts to enhance the livelihoods of the community. He was present at the recent inauguration of a project to consolidate villages and improve local infrastructure in the Korokole region.
